3 times u r fooled, u r not felt the pain and u want urself riden for the 4th time. Why not any company try on u and keep on collecting lumpsum.
Beaware u have been threatned, Goondas comming to office, Residence, threatning ur close relatives over phone sending telegrams, warning impending arrest etc have u gone thru all this?
Still terrified. Hai buddy do not worry. Atleast pull up ur socks this time.
First stop making any payments. First and uppermost Go to ur advocate and narrate ur misery. Second go to the nearst police station and formally lodge a complaint of harrasment by these credit card company goondas. Rest ur advocate will take care and simply forget paying as well as about the card company.
U could also reveal the company the background of the goondas to a forum like Yahoo answers and some magazines. The company will learn a lesson.
MOST IMPORTANT, Do not answer their calls, their letters, their call to court for settlement. Leave it to ur advocate. Please select a ordinary, easily approchable advocate as that will buy u lot of peace of mind. Do this and see afterwards, How the Hunter is Hunted and u give them back the same bitter pill.

You are not alone in this dirty game.The CC collection people have been repeatedly doing it to many customers.One way to avoid this is to ask them to issue a settlement letter and pay the amount by DD.You can also take the help of a an experienced lawyer in these matters.
