Second go to the nearst police station and formally lodge a complaint of harrasment by these credit card company goondas. Rest ur advocate will take care and simply forget paying as well as about the card company. U could also reveal the company the background of the goondas to a forum like Yahoo answers and some magazines. The company will learn a lesson. MOST IMPORTANT, Do not answer their calls, their letters, their call to court for settlement. Leave it to ur advocate. Please select a ordinary, easily approchable advocate as that will buy u lot of peace of mind.
